Over 20 members of staff from Opus International Consultants (Opus) graduated from the company’s Leadership Programme last month.
The programme was attended by Team Leaders and Office Directors who participated in three four day residential courses spread over an 18 month period, facilitated by Dean Taylor (Business Manager and Partner) from our New Zealand operations.
Opus makes a significant investment in developing its leaders to support the growth of its business and their people. A key focus is raising awareness of what good leadership looks like and providing the tools to be even more effective in their leadership roles.
“We’ve gathered feedback from members of staff who work alongside those on the programme," said Lin Harrington, Learning & Development Manager. "This response clearly shows that great progress has been made in developing their leadership skills, since the course began in April 2014.”

This is the first Leadership course that Opus has had the privilege of holding in the UK. In previous years, staff joined colleagues from across the globe at our training centre in New Zealand.
